Where are you shipping from?
Our primary point of shipping is California, USA.
Orders for Germany, Italy, Austria and Switzerland will first be shipped to Germany and distributed via local mail from there—this way the zine will absorb the import fees for you and you will not have to pay extra.
We will do our best to extend this service to as many other EU countries as possible. This will only be offered during Pre-Orders, so be sure to grab your bundle now, if you are located in the EU!
Where are you shipping to?
We are planning to ship worldwide. For possible restrictions (eg. Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Israel & Gaza), please consult the USPS and DHL websites. Countries that are not serviced by either provider can not be shipped to.

Please note, that if you purchase a bundle outside the US, you may have to pay additional taxes (eg. UK VAT) or postal fees. These are not included in our shipping price, so please inform yourself about any extra costs with your local customs authority.
What is the rating of the zine/who can buy the zine?
The main zine is SFW and rated roughly Teen Up for canon-typical violence, mild blood and motives such as guns. The main zine is ship-free and only features platonic relationships. It is recommended for people 16+ but free to be purchased by everyone.
Our side zine is NSFW and features explicit sexual content—it is recommended to only be purchased by people 18+. For more information about which ships and kinks are featured, please see the “NSFW Info” tab.
WARNING: Our zine is all-inclusive and the NSFW side zine is “everything goes”, meaning that the overview in “NSFW Info” is essentially a list of potential triggers. This is to make sure everyone can make an informed purchase and nobody buys a PDF that they, at best, don't enjoy, and at worst, causes someone distress.
How does the Stretch Goal work?
Our stretch goal campaign is a 4-part mini standee featuring the TriMax Main 4 (Vash, Wolfwoof, Meryl & Milly).
All physical & digital orders are counting towards the goal and all physical bundles are eligible to receive it.
At every milestone, 1 character will be added to the standee, starting with Vash.

When will orders be shipped?
We estimate between 4-6 months production and preparation time after the end of pre-orders for all physical orders. To stay updated on the status of the zine, we advise that you follow us on Instagram and Twitter/X, where we will post about every production-progress.
Digital products will be sent via e-mail as soon as all physical goods have arrived.
Can I change my address?
Once all physical products have arrived and we are ready to start shipping, we will e-mail all customers and you will have an opportunity to make address changes. You can also change your address during the production period—for this, please send us an email with your order numberm, full name and new address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you have an immediate emergency at your hand, that makes you unable to receive your purchase please reach out to us as soon as possible—the mods will do their best to work with you and find a solution.
Orders can only be canceled or changed until pre-orders are closed.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
If any items in your order are damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damages asap. Depending on the severity of the damage, the availability of the item and your location, we will either offer a partial refund or send you a replacement.
